Tom Taylor has been in the Fitness and Martial Arts industry for over 15 years. With a strong focus on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing and Boxing. He offers a wide variety of personalized training programs using methods from different schools of thought. As a student of Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do, he has implemented Lee’s philosophy into his personal training principles; “Accept the useful, Reject the useless”. He holds certifications with Can Fit Pro (CPT), Twist Strength & Conditioning; Pre & Post Natal Health & Fitness Training, Agatsu Kettlebell Level 1 Instructor, and a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
