Great for beginners and no meat heads at this gym!
These guys are the bomb. Don't have much gym experience and I've been putting off joining because I was nervous to look like the new guy. Everyone was super friendly, informative and made me feel welcome. Currently sitting… More at home resting because my body hurts in the best way possible, which is exactly what I came for. Couldn't recommend trying this place out enough.
Had my first free training session here today and the level of support, encouragement and confidence building was apparent from the get go. Really big spacious gym and it's obvious how much Ritchie cares about everyone who comes through… More it! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to know more about BJJ 👍
Had my one-on-one kickboxing intro session with Ritchie yesterday, even though it was only 30 minutes long, Ritchie was friendly and went over the basics with me while keeping it at a good pace. Gym has a free weights area and overall great… More atmosphere. Excited to train here starting next week.
