Owen is a walking encyclopedia of the best drills and techniques to get good at BJJ fast. Also a professional RMT, Owen’s classes are always focused on safety and keeping everyone injury free.

Michael is basically a gym scientist. He specializes in helping his students get incredibly fast results. And you always see crowds of students asking him for his advice at the end of class. Perfecting your Deadlift, learning the Kettlebell swing or mastering the Left Hook, Michael knows it all.
Lachlan has been Kickboxing since 2006. You can feel his energy and love for life the moment you shake his hand. Lachlan makes working out feel like you’re just having fun with an old friend.
