When Brazilian jiu jitsu students progress from being beginners to being more advanced they will see that certain certain patterns will arise when they train with their fellow BJJ students.

This armbar is done when your BJJ training partner goes for a typical triangle choke defense.

Successfully tapping people out in BJJ sometimes relies on being one step ahead of your training partner.

I hope this technique helps your BJJ game.
